Design
We will first create your design. A design proof will be emailed back to you for approval. Please check for any spelling errors, colors, or incorrect information. Proofs must be approved and returned.

All photos, other than your own, must have approval to be used on the shirts before artwork may be started.

All sponsors must approve of your using their name or logo on the shirts.

No product will print without a signed proof. A full payment will be required before your order can be started.

Once we receive your deposit, and you approve your design, you will need to submit full payment using a Credit Card, Cashiers Check or Money Order only. Your payment and order will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation of your payment and order status. All sales, including deposits, are final: no refunds. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

If you wish to make payments using PayPal, with a Credit Card, there is a service fee of 3% of your total order.

All orders will need to be pre-paid before production will begin.

PHOTOS:
For optimum results, send a standard (at least a 4" X 6") jpg. photo. You may want to send more than one photo to ensure quality. Do not alter your photos or cut them down. Customer assumes full responsibility for quality of photo and the effect it may have on their final product. If you require photos to be returned, please include a self-addressed/stamped mailer.

Photos Note:
A signed photo release must accompany your order if using a professional photographer. E-mail becky@idzn4u.com to obtain a photo release form if needed.

Screen Print vs. Digital Print what's the difference?

What is screen printing? (design size: 12"X16")
Screen printing is a stencil method of printmaking in which a design is imposed on a screen of silk or other fine mesh, with blank areas coated with an impermeable substance, and ink is forced through the mesh onto the printing surface. This method creates high quality printed apparel that can withstand years of wearing and washing.

What is digital printing? (design size: 14"X16")
Digital printing uses state of the art technology to print images directly to the garment. Digital printing provides excellent image durability and wash fastness, and provides a soft, breathable image feel. This process is perfect for small orders requiring vibrant full color or photographic images or for printing single shirts for personal use.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of digital printing? The advantage of digital printing is that it provides the ability to print high quality full color or photographic images with no minimum quantity required for an order. The only disadvantage is that, in order to achieve color accuracy, digital printing can currently only be used on white or light colored garments.

PAYMENT:
Acceptable forms of payment are Cashiers Check, Money Order, or Credit Card payment thru our convenient Pay/Pal system. No personal checks will be accepted.

LAUNDERING INSTRUCTIONS:
We are not responsible for damages due to laundering of your merchandise. Shirts should be laundered properly by turning them wrong side out and hung up to dry or dried in a low heat dryer.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
